In Manifest Security, the training of human resources is not only an active factor, but also a strategic investment to ensure the provision of services of excellent quality.
For this reason, a training program of 30 modules, divided into 4 categories, has been designed and is being implemented, in order to improve the quality of the knowledge level of our people and as a result thereof to provide excellent customer services.
The training process is inextricably linked to the assessment process. A positive assessment is required for the progress of the educational system.
